Once you have joined Metro Foodland® Healthy Rewards, use your card every time you shop so we can credit your rewards. We will add your contact information to the database within 3-5 business days and send you an email from rewards@MetroFoodland.com (please add this email to your contacts). Once you verify your email address, we will begin sending your rewards and exclusive member-only promotions! |

Benefits |

. Reward Vouchers are valid only at Metro Foodland locations and may only be used to purchase products in the store.
Currently, there is no limit to the amount of points a Healthy Rewards Member can earn, however, Metro Foodland reserves the right to cap the number of points that a Healthy Rewards Member may earn during a given calendar year.
In addition to earning Reward Vouchers, Healthy Rewards Members may also receive periodic Exclusive Healthy Rewards Member only offers via email. |

Receiving Your Membership ID Card |
|
|
You can join Metro Foodland Healthy Rewards by enrolling at your local Metro Foodland store and you may begin using your card immediately to earn points toward unlimited Healthy Rewards. Once you have joined Metro Foodland® Healthy Rewards, use your card every time you shop so we can send you Healthy Rewards.

Earning Points and Rewards |
|
|
“Qualifying Purchases” are purchases made at participating Metro Foodland locations (net of returns and credits) when presenting a Metro Foodland Healthy Rewards card, excluding beer, wine, alcohol, bottle deposits and/or returns, sales tax, gift card purchases, purchases made without presenting a Metro Foodland Healthy Rewards card, stamps, tobacco products and other excluded purchases, as determined by Metro Foodland in its sole discretion.
“Reward Voucher” shall mean a voucher issued by Metro Foodland to a Healthy Rewards Member who reaches the requisite point threshold to receive such a reward.
POINT ACCRUAL
Points are accumulated based on total dollars spent on Qualifying Purchases. Points are calculated after all discounts and coupons. Healthy Rewards Members will NOT receive points for purchases that are made without presenting their Metro Foodland Healthy Rewards card.
If a Healthy Rewards Member returns a Qualifying Purchase, said MEMBER’s point status will be adjusted to reflect the return (a deduction of points may occur).

How do I use reward vouchers?
to cash in your reward points there are two options the first reward option will allow you to redeem your points through a credit on your rewards card that will be automatically deducted at the cash register after you scan your rewards card. As your points accumulate beyond the initial point redemption peak you will be able to use your points from a catalog of prizes that Metro Foodland will supply. In conjunction with point redemption healthy Reward Members will be privy to coupons and specials not available to the general public

Can only be used once. Attempting to duplicate or reuse a voucher is considered fraud and will result in forfeit of all points and membership

Metro Foodland is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding children, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. Metro Foodland will not knowingly collect, maintain, or disclose any personally identifiable information from a child under thirteen without first obtaining consent from that child's parent or legal guardian.

Metro Foodland reserves the right to modify, amend, change, suspend and/or terminate the Metro Foodland Healthy Rewards program and revoke or limit any or all of the rights and privileges granted to a MEMBER at any time with or without notice or liability to said MEMBER. All modifications to the Metro Foodland Healthy Rewards program shall be posted at http://www.MetroFoodland.com/ and shall become effective when posted. Metro Foodland will endeavor to provide MEMBERS with seven (7) days notice before modifying, amending, suspending and/or terminating the Metro Foodland Healthy Rewards program.

A MEMBER’s continued use of his/her Metro Foodland Healthy Rewards card, after a change has been posted and gone into effect, constitutes acceptance of the change to the Metro Foodland Healthy Rewards program.

Metro Foodland reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate a MEMBER’s membership in the Metro Foodland Healthy Rewards program for any reason, with or without notice.

A MEMBER may cancel his/her membership at anytime by opting out of email communications from rewards@MetroFoodland.com.

Metro Foodland, its affiliates and suppliers make no representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the Metro Foodland Healthy Rewards card or each MEMBER’S account, including, but not limited to ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OR ANY WARRANTY ARISING BY USAGE OF TRADE, COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. IN THE EVENT THAT METRO FOODLAND, ITS AFFILIATES AND SUPPLIERS ARE FOUND LIABLE TO YOU, YOU SHALL ONLY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER ACTUAL AND DIRECT DAMAGES. METRO FOODLAND, ITS AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE AND USE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH METRO FOODLAND’S REWARD PROGRAM, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, WHETHER ACTIVE, PASSIVE OR IMPUTED), PRODUCT LIABILITY, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE OR OUR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL METRO FOODLAND, ITS AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, OR ALTERATION, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OF METRO FOODLAND HEALTHY REWARDS CARD ACCOUNT THROUGH ACCIDENT, MISUSE, OR FRAUDULENT MEANS OR DEVICES BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, OR AS A RESULT OF ANY DELAY, MISTAKE RESULTING FROM ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND METRO FOODLAND’S CONTROL. ANY LIABILITY METRO FOODLAND MAY HAVE TO A MEMBER SHALL BE LIMITED TO $100.00 (US DOLLARS). The laws of certain states or other jurisdiction do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have rights in addition to those contained in these Terms and Conditions. In such jurisdiction, Metro Foodland’s liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Frequently Asked Questions |

Do I need the card to receive special pricing?
The Metro Foodland Healthy Rewards card is not a discount card. We will send you special coupons to use in the store on future purchases, but the card is not necessary to receive sale prices.
What if I lose my card?
If you lose your card, you will need to contact Metro Foodland Healthy Rewards member care: 1.313.835.2754 to get a new card. It may take a few days, so in the meantime please ask the cashier to look you up manually so you can continue accumulating points.
Can I get an extra Metro Foodland Healthy Rewards card for another member of my family?
At this time we provide three key tags and one wallet card for Metro Foodland Healthy Rewards members for convenient scanning every time you shop. We do not provide more than two cards per account.
What if my spouse and I both join the Metro Foodland Healthy Rewards program and now have two different cards, but we want to be on the same account?

What if I don’t use my entire reward voucher?
You must use your reward voucher in its entirety toward ‘Qualifying Purchases’ (see above); we cannot give cash back on any reward voucher.
I haven’t received any reward vouchers yet, why?
There are a number of reasons you have not received your reward vouchers. The email we sent you may have gone into a Spam or Junk Folder. Your email server blocked our email (please add rewards@MetroFoodland.com to your contacts list), or you have not earned 500 points. |
